Return & Cancellation Policy

Customer will need to check the goods upon receipt. In the event of a defect and / or any damage if any of the products is found to have expired, lost, inaccurate or damaged within the product after the order has been received. Use of the right to request a return (if any) must be contacted by email. info@naturalwecare.com

 

Return of goods to us can be processed by the following reasons.

  • If the product expires / is inaccurate / damaged within the original packaging of the product upon delivery.

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the product when delivered and the product remains in its original condition and the packaging is wrapped

  • Please return the item you wish to return via EMS (Express Mail Service)

  • Return items must be returned within 14 days after you have received your order.

  • Returns must be in the same condition as you received from us, so please pack them. Returned well to ensure that these items arrive safely in normal condition.

  • HEALTH FOODS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse refunds for open or used products. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, fees or expenses that result.

  • The product will be refunded at the value of the order confirmation value.

  • We do not allow refunds in the case of orders paid with electronic vouchers.

  • Non-returnable shipping fee

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Unless a refund is due to a mistake by the Company. If those errors happen when we receive your return. We will refund the shipping cost to you.
